Justine Hunt: Leading Talent Representation at NTA Talent Agency
Justine Hunt is the Senior Vice President of Talent in the Theatrical Division at NTA Talent Agency in Los Angeles, where she leads a robust roster of film, television, and digital media actors in an increasingly global entertainment landscape. With professional roots that span more than three decades in talent representation and management, she is widely recognized for her strategic advocacy, long-term artist development, and deep understanding of the studio, network, and streaming ecosystems.
Justine began her career as a TV and film agent at Herb Tannen & Associates, where for over nine years she helped launch and nurture the careers of numerous actors who went on to become household names, including Brad Garrett, Alyson Hannigan, Giovanni Ribisi, Emile Hirsch, and Amanda Bynes. Building on that success, she co-founded and spent more than 25 years as owner and partner at Hines and Hunt Entertainment, a management and production company that played a key role in developing television and film talent across genres.
In 2022, Justine returned to her roots in agenting, joining NTA Talent Agency as Senior Vice President of Talent for the Theatrical Division. At NTA, she oversees a diverse client list that includes Martin Sensmeier, Isaac Arellanes, Jermelle Simon, Steve Monroe, Brandon Lee, Jordan Nolan, Derek Hinkey, Constance Nunes, Tanisha Harper, Josh Server, Stormee Kipp, and Ashley Callingbull—the first Indigenous woman to win Miss Universe and a featured model in Sports Illustrated’s swimsuit issue.
Beyond her day-to-day work with clients, Justine is a member of the Television Academy of Arts and Sciences, reflecting her active engagement with the broader creative community and the evolving art and business of television. Her career is defined by a commitment to championing underrepresented voices, opening doors for the next generation of international artists, and building sustainable careers for performers across film, television, and emerging platforms.
